How to request deletion of your 1for1 English account and data

If you'd like your 1for1 English account and personal data deleted, you can request this at any time from within the app or by emailing us directly. Here's how:

How to request deletion

  1. Open the 1for1 English app and go to your Account page.
  2. Tap Delete Account. This opens a pre-filled email addressed to our team.
  3. Send the email as-is (or add any details you'd like) — no further action is needed from you.
  4. Our team processes deletion requests manually and will confirm once your account and data have been removed.

If you don't have the app installed or prefer not to use it, you can send the same request directly to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request," using the email address associated with your account.

What gets deleted

Once your request is processed, we delete your personal data within a reasonable period. This includes:

What we may retain

We may retain certain records where we're legally required to, or where necessary for accounting purposes — for example, payment records associated with your subscription, kept for tax and accounting compliance.
